Baan Chongchit Holiday Home is located in a vaste tropical garden near the Hua Hin center and about 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Hua Hin, surrounded only from Thai families.
A swimming pool and a great sport center can be reached in 15 minutes. Black Mountain Golf Club, Hua Hin is a short drive away.
Up to 4 persons can stay in the Baan Chongchit which has a nice living room with fan and Sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and eating place, a bathroom with hot water shower, bed room with a double bed and aircondition.
Parking place is free.

Costs

Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) for 2 persons; additional persons THB 500/person/week up to 4 persons total; children under 2 years old are free of charge. Rental fee and deposit are payable in advance to an account from Deutsche Bank or with PayPal (4% handling charge). The house can only reserved definitly after receive of this payment.
The deposit is to pay for potential repairs and will be fully credited back if everything is ok after the rental period.
